A LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS,

 

First off- I would like to say thank you to all of our customers for your continued support over the past 16 years…and specifically over the past couple of years.

 

I know times are tough for everybody and your business means the world to us.  Food Cost has gone up drastically over the past year for restaurants everywhere. 

And a big majority of our business has relied on Grubhub/UberEats and Doordash.

 

I felt I needed to be transparent and share with you all how our partnerships with these companies work.

 

Every time a Delivery order comes in to our restaurant from a partners website (eg.. Grubhub, UberEats) they take 30% of the total sale. On top of that, the restaurant is also responsible for the sales tax on the original amount of the sale.

 

As you might know Restaurants work on a very low profit margin…and currently these Delivery Partner Sales account for 50+% of our total business.

 

This is why we have decided to offer, in partnership with the SQUARE team, our OWN IN-HOUSE DELIVERY SYSTEM.

 

IT IS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND SECURE.  

The way it works: 

when you order directly from our Online Square Store, an option for delivery will now be available.  Your order will be processed and print directly in our kitchen.  A courier from Doordash or UberEats will come and Pick up and Deliver your food for a small delivery fee, and orders over $50 will be FREE DELIVERY.

 

AS AN ADDED BONUS TO ORDERING FROM US DIRECTLY, YOU WILL NOW HAVE ACCESS TO OUR NEW WEEKLY SPECIALS AS THEY ARE ADDED TO THE MENU.
